What personal data do I collect why I collect it

I collect information about you through your use of this page. It’s mainly to contact you or improve the way this page is working. I ensure your personal information is secure at all times. I do not purposely disclose it to anyone and I introduce measures to ensure your data stays safe with me.

Here’s some specifics about the data I gather.


I collect your email address and First name to inform readers about new topics on, so that they stay engaged, don’t miss important updates. This channel is also used to communicate about any changes in policies. Your email and name are necessary for newsletter functionality and both of these information are acquired when you subscribe to newsletter via newsletter form.

Your data is stored as long as the blog and newsletter is in function or until you unsubscribe from the newsletter by yourself.


Whenever you comment an article on, you’re asked to leave your email address and your name. Comments are handled by my website engine, called My website is hosted by the hosting provider together with article and comment database. The hosting provider has therefore access to the data. Where do I send your data

I do not purposely share your private data with anyone. Some of the third party tools I use are located outside of European Union. Because these providers help me run the page, your data is sent to them as a means of regular operation. Here’s which services I use and what data they operate on.
